1 · How to cancel or amend

Send your request in writing on WhatsApp (+91 86382 23889) or email (sstravelsco@gmail.com) from the number or address used at booking. The date and time we receive it (IST) decides which slab applies. Verbal requests are confirmed in writing before they take effect.

2 · Holiday packages & hotel bookings

Peak periods (20 Dec – 5 Jan, Holi, Diwali week, long weekends) and promotional "non-refundable" hotel rates may carry stricter supplier rules, which are told to you at booking and prevail over the slabs above.

3 · Flight tickets

Every ticket is governed by the airline's fare rules, shared with you before payment. Non-refundable fares return only unused government taxes. Refundable fares attract the airline's cancellation penalty plus an SS service fee of ₹750 per passenger per sector. Date or name changes: airline change fee plus any fare difference. Missing a flight (no-show) usually forfeits the full fare — call us before departure time and we'll fight for whatever the airline allows.

4 · Non-refundable once processed

Visa fees and VFS/embassy charges (regardless of visa outcome), travel insurance after issuance, train tickets per railway rules, and event, park or attraction tickets once issued. These are supplier-side charges we cannot recover.

5 · Amendments & partial use

One date-change request is handled free of SS charges if made 15+ days before departure — you pay only the supplier's difference. Later changes are treated as a cancellation-and-rebook under the slabs. Services unused after the trip has started (skipped hotel nights, missed transfers, shortened stays) are not refundable.

6 · Refund timeline & mode

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of supplier confirmation (airline refunds can take longer on the airline's side — we chase them for you). Forex is bought back at the prevailing rate on the day of refund.

7 · Force majeure

For events beyond anyone's control — weather, strikes, government orders, epidemics — supplier policies govern. Our first move is always a credit note or free rebooking before any cancellation charge is accepted.

1 · What we collect

Your name, phone number and email; passport or government-ID details when a flight, visa or hotel requires them; travel preferences you share (dates, budgets, food requirements); and the messages you send us. Card and UPI payments are processed by banks and payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.

2 · Why we collect it

To quote and book your travel, file visa applications, arrange forex and insurance, support you during the trip, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Nothing else.

3 · Who we share it with

Only the parties delivering your trip: airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa authorities and their processing centres, insurers and payment processors — and only the details each one needs. We never sell, rent or trade your data, and we don't run advertising on it.

4 · Storage & retention

Booking records are kept as long as the service and Indian statutory requirements demand, then deleted or anonymised. Passport copies used for a visa are deleted on request once the application concludes.

5 · Your rights

Write to sstravelsco@gmail.com from your registered email to access, correct or delete your information. We respond within 15 days.

6 · Children

Bookings for travellers under 18 are made only through a parent or guardian, who provides the child's details.

1 · Our role

SS Travels Global acts as a booking agent and intermediary. The airline, hotel or operator actually delivering each service binds you to its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside these.

2 · Quotes & pricing

Fares and rates are dynamic and hold only until payment is confirmed. Taxes, fuel surcharges and currency movements can change a price before ticketing; obvious errors in a quote may be corrected before confirmation.

3 · Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the advance stated in your quote; the balance is due per your invoice. We accept UPI, bank transfer and major cards. Services may be withheld or cancelled under the Refund Policy if balances remain unpaid by the due date.

4 · Your responsibilities

Travellers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond return, obtain the correct visas and health documents, and give us names exactly as printed in the passport — airline name-correction penalties fall to the traveller. Reach airports and pickups within the cut-off times we share.

5 · Changes & cancellations

Handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6 · Conduct

Suppliers may refuse or discontinue service for unlawful or abusive behaviour; no refund arises from such refusal.

7 · Liability

Acting as an agent, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of airlines, hotels or operators, nor for delays, losses or costs caused by events beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid SS Travels Global for the specific service concerned.

8 · Indemnity & content

You agree to indemnify SS against claims arising from your breach of these terms or of any law. All content on this website belongs to SS Travels Global or its licensors.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

1 · The short version

This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It stores only the minimum technical state a modern browser needs to display the page.

2 · Third-party services

The Google Maps embed on our Contact page may set Google's own cookies when it loads. Links you choose to open — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps — operate entirely under those platforms' cookie and privacy policies.

3 · Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings; the site will keep working.
